How to Use classic stencils:
Line up the stencil on your brow bone using the dotted lines as guides: I shows you where to line up the stencil with your nose, II shows you where to line up the stencil with the outside corner of your eye, and III shows you where your arch will be. You can fill in your eyebrows with an angled liner brush and powder or a pencil using the stencil as a guide, and you can shape your eyebrows with tweezers using the stencils as well.
Makeup Artist tip:
Fill in your eyebrows using the stencil with a dark pencil and MAKE SURE YOUR LINES ARE TIGHT. Then remove the stencil. Wherever there are hairs outside where you've penciled in the brow shape, tweeze them. Voila! Remember to remove the dark pencil from your eyebrows or you will go out looking like Groucho Marx.
