Connecting mind & body

. . .the common thread to all of today's practices was connecting mind and body. This can be done in many ways: through focusing the mind on the breath, mindfulness practice, and recognizing how emotions feel in the body, just to name a few. The more I study, the more I see that there are myriad ways to accomplish this.
